Jewish Apple Cake

This is the first one that I made. It was pretty good. I made a few more, and the last one was not so great because I cut out some of the sugar, and I used golden delicious apples, which were not as tasty as the empire apples. It’s a good recipe. I’ll probably make another one soon.

I just discovered a potato that has some black goo attached to it, and also, the skin had started to separate from the flesh. It was also smelly. I’m surprised I didn’t notice it earlier.
