Things That Have Annoyed Me Recently

• Sites that require Flash. I don’t care about your fancy interface, I just want to get some information. Why make it so time consuming?
• Parents that leave their kids sitting in the checkout aisle of the grocery store. Do you leave carts in the checkout line or do you push them through? If you’re an asshole you let them sit in the lane, but most people are considerate enough to clear the cart out of the laneway. These idiots left their daughters sitting on the floor and then after paying just yelled at them to hurry up. I don’t even think they looked at the kids, just lots of yelling to ‘get over here’ and ‘let’s go’. Also annoying– they gave the kids wheeled suitcases to lug around. Kids don’t need to be wheeling around suitcases.
• Grey’s Anatomy- Denny is still around. Jeez. I watched the first 10 seconds of the show, saw Denny and then promptly decided to watch a 30 Rock re-run on CityTV, where I saw the promo that spoiled the new episode of 30 Rock. Then I watched the last 10 seconds of the show on ABC. It seemed alright. I don’t think I missed much. I probably enjoyed the episode much more than if I had watched the entire episode.
• Various pedestrians that walk too slow or take up the whole sidewalk.
• Smelly people who decide to sit next to me when other free seats, not next to me, are available.
• Pain of unspecified origin in my right arm, near the elbow joint.
