Pizza & Tarte Tatin with Persimmons

I think I’m just going to eat the fruit as is, and forget about the pie crust. It’s getting late. I don’t like persimmons, so I’m hoping that when stewed with apples, they taste good. I think the liquid tastes a bit peachy at the moment, which is nice. Contains: 3/4 cup sugar, 2 Tbs butter, 6-7 apples, 4 mushy persimmons.
