I think the new Radiohead will be good to run to, I will try it out tonight, if my foot doesn’t go numb. It’s been okay so far today, so it should at least be able to make it to the park without falling off. What happens after that is a crap shoot. I’m quite liking “Reckoner” and “House of Cards”, and I guess, really, all of it seems good. I’ve only been through it 1.5 times so I don’t have any clear favorites yet. *Update: I love “4 Minute Warning”. I have it on repeat now, where it will remain until I find something new to replace it.

In other news, here’s a picture of Ryan Adams yawning, and smoking, and drinking coffee, which I have stolen from his blog, and posted below. Yes, his hair is blond; it’s not a wig.

“good afternoon foggy. i got coffee, and we will make metal videos today.”

I started roasting a chicken last night, but I was quite tired, so I turned the oven off 15 minutes before I thought it would be done, figuring in carryover cooking time etc, and went to bed and left the chicken in the slowly cooling oven overnight, sitting on top of a bed of onions, brussels sprouts, and parsnips. This is not recommended for amateurs, but for careless folk, I highly recommend it. I had one leg for breakfast and the other for lunch, among other items. And I’m still alive. I ate 3 brussels sprouts with breakfast and have not experienced excessive bloating, so perhaps that is my upper limit. They were small ones though, baby brussels. The chicken came pre-trussed, which I was very happy about, as I still don’t have any kitchen twine.

I started watching hockey again, sort of. I have the hockey game on and do other things, like eat, and clean, and play guitar, but just the Habs games. I still like them, even though I do not know 90% of the players anymore. I missed all of the Bruins goals. All 5 of them. I was distracted.
