List of Foods That Induce Bloating (for me)

Consuming more than 1 cup of any of these items will induce a very uncomfortable bloating sensation, which requires an increase of one to three pant sizes, preferably with elastic waist. In extreme cases, a no-pants situation is warranted.
-broccoli, kale, collard greens, brussel sprouts
-lentils
-milk
It is just this week that I discovered the vegetable family on the list causes me to bloat, I imagine I can add cabbage and other related items to the list as well, but I only eat cabbage about once very five years or so.
