Running Skort

I love my new running skort. It’s light, comfortable, has an inside pocket, and it looks a lot better than my running shorts, mostly because it hides more of my thighs and the fabric doesn’t bunch up between my legs. The skirt is dark grey with yellow shorts inside. I ran 1 mile in them today, my time was 12:26. I felt pretty good today, my perceived effort was less than yesterday and my time was 4 seconds faster. :)
