I ran for 43 minutes today! I did 5K. The high is gone now, but I felt really good while running and afterwards. My lower leg and foot went numb on my last lap, but it didn’t last too long. Not having any wind and the smooth running surface makes a big difference. l didn’t expect to run much more than 10 minutes today because I wasn’t really looking forward to running, and I was gassy because I had some milk in the afternoon, so I was a little bloated. So I guess I should just go running whether I feel like it or not.
